Welcome to StaffStar! Our services allow you to sync your contacts and send text messages to targeted segments.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
StaffStar provides a tool to manage communication within groups via text messaging. Users can synchronize their Google contacts to the service and create groups for text message distribution.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use our services legally and responsibly. You must not use our services to send spam or messages that are unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. You assume full responsibility for the content you send through our service.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our services and in the underlying software are owned by or licensed to StaffStar. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or related to our services.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and how your information is handled when you use our services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Service.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. StaffStar does not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, interruptions, and inaccuracies in the news, information, or other materials available through our services.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StaffStar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Country in which StaffStar is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
